(B) “Employer” refers to companies or individuals who share job openings with StaffAnchor for candidate sourcing.

(C) “Job Seeker”refers to individuals seeking job opportunities through StaffAnchor.

(D)”Services”include candidate sourcing, job matching, interview coordination, and recruitment consulting.

 

2. Use of Services

(A) Employers and job seekers must provide accurate and truthful information.

(B) StaffAnchor facilitates the recruitment process but does not guarantee hiring outcomes.

(C) Any fraudulent activities or misrepresentation will lead to termination of services.

 

3. Job Seekers

(A) By sharing your resume with StaffAnchor, you authorize us to share your details with potential employers.

(B) No fees are charged to job seekers for our recruitment services.

(C) Selection and hiring decisions are solely at the discretion of employers.

(D) StaffAnchor does not guarantee job placement.

 

4. Employers

(A) Employers provide job openings, and StaffAnchor sources suitable candidates based on the requirements.

(B) Employers must ensure that job roles comply with all applicable employment laws.

(C) Recruitment fees, if applicable, will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

(D) StaffAnchor is not liable for candidate performance, behavior, or retention post-hiring.

 

5. Payments & Fees

(A) Employers may be required to pay recruitment service fees as per agreed terms.

(B) Payments must be made within the agreed timeline.

(C) Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

(A) StaffAnchor respects user privacy and maintains confidentiality in the hiring process.

(B)Personal and business information shared with us will not be disclosed without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

(A) StaffAnchor acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for hiring decisions, candidate performance, or employment disputes.

(B) We do not provide employment guarantees for job seekers or employers.

8. Changes to Terms

(A) StaffAnchor reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

(B) Users will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
